Crispy brown rice snacks

I haven't had rice krispie treats in a while and I was craving them the other day so I made a healthier version I found on the back of my cereal box. It's a recipe for Erewhon cereal's crispy rice snacks. I tried cutting back the honey but it's all needed in order to keep the balls intact. 1/2 cup sounded like a lot to me but the recipe yields about 6 dozen snacks so it's spread out quite a bit. I rolled them in toasted sesame seeds so they can be handled without leaving a sticky mess on your fingers. This is a quick, tasty, and dairy & gluten free treat that I will make again.
